1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using InterviewBuddy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service.
2. The service
InterviewBuddy provides AI-generated interview practice sessions for personal preparation purposes only. Sessions do not guarantee any employment outcome.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account
You must be 16 years of age or older to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must not share your account with other users
You must provide accurate information when registering
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
4. Sessions & credits
Sessions are sold in packs (e.g. 10 sessions for $20 AUD)
Sessions are non-refundable once a practice session has been started
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the AI
You must not use the service to generate harmful or offensive content
You must not attempt to circumvent session limits or payment systems
Automated or bulk access is not permitted without prior written consent
6. Intellectual property
All content, AI models, software, and branding are the intellectual property of InterviewBuddy. You may not reproduce or distribute any part without our written permission.
You retain full ownership of any documents you upload (CV, job description). By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process these documents solely to personalise your session.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, InterviewBuddy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
8. Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
